Democrats Begin To Embrace "Occupy Wall Street"

You knew it was only a matter of time. Jealous, lonely, despairing that they would never be thrown a "Tea Party" of their own, elected Democratic officials have begun their mating dance with the smelly, overindulged, perpetual adolesecents who make up the "Occupy Wall Street" protests.

The adults long ago left the building. The children have since run scared. Leaving only the the idiots left in the Democratic party:

"We have been inspired by the growing grassroots movements on Wall Street and across the country," say Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Ariz. and Rep. Keith Ellison, co-signing a statement. "We share the anger and frustration of so many Americans who have seen the enormous toll that an unchecked Wall Street has taken on the overwhelming majority of Americans while benefitting the super wealthy. We join the calls for corporate accountability and expanded middle-class opportunity."

Which will be administered by the government, of course, as well as they have administered everything else. How are those higher banking fees, skyrocketing health insurance premiums, and 9.1% unemployment working out for you so far?

But wait - there's more: Proving there are none as stupid as a Connecticut Democrat, I bring you Congressman John Larsom:

The “Occupy Wall Street” protests and former White House “green jobs czar” Van Jones are the beginning of an “American Fall,” according to Rep. John Larson, chairman of the House Democratic Caucus...Larson said left-wing activists with “the right morals” are pushing America’s democracy to “evolve.”

Yeah, that's about right. And surprisingly honest. An "American Fall" is what the Democrats have been hoping for, and working towards, for years...

Watch more of the liberal lemmings throw themselves into the flow of this protest movement, mostly comprised of middle-class white students fearing their gender studies degrees will prove useless after six years of college. And how will the Democrats extract themselves once these protests turn violent, as they always seem to when leftists are involved? The destruction of property has already begun:

For Stacey Tzortzatos, the "occupation" has resulted not just in a loss in business. "I've had a lot of damage from the protesters," she said. "I've had to put a $200 lock on my bathroom because they come in here and try to bathe. The sink fell down to the ground, cracked open, pulled the plumbing out of the wall and caused a flood. It's a no-win situation. If I open the restroom for one, 30 people line up outside, disrupting my business."

A manager at the nearby Essex World Cafe -- who asked to remain anonymous -- shared similar complaints. Referring to three young men waiting at the end of the counter, he explained, "They want to use the toilet, the phones, we give them free water and free ice. They sit here and don't buy anything, but they recharge their phone batteries with our plugs, and I tell them, 'Hey, if you guys are going to come, I need to do some business here. We are suffering, too!' And then they start with their own words, going against you."

This manager also cited damages, including graffiti on his restroom walls. "For eight and a half years, there was nothing on those walls," he said. "Now it says 'Viva la Revolucion' everywhere. Yes, 'Viva la Revolucion,' but don't write it on my toilet. I let you use my facilities without being a customer and this is what I get?"

Occupy Wall Street: The Whitest Kids U' Know...

Hey pal - let stray dogs into your home, don't complain if they're not housebroken. It will be fun to watch the eventual breakdown of law and order at these protests, and watch their Democratic supporters forced to chose between endorsing rioting in the streets or calling for crackdowns on their own base. Either way, it is unlikely to endear them to the electorate come November 2012.

Nothing dumber than a Democrat, I suppose...
