The Obama Administration's "Slaveholder" Logic

Michael Goodwin makes the point on how weak the Democratic open-borders argument is, and simultaneously uncovers yet another intelligence-deficient individual in high places within the Obama administration:

Hoping to turn vice into virtue, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says that without illegal immigrants, food prices would be "three, four or five times" higher.

No, it's not intentional. But anyone with even half a brain would have realized what an indelicate and easily disprovable argument this is for unfettered cross-border immigration.

But who am I kidding? Looking for brains (even halves) in Washington, DC? Might as well search for water in the Sahara...
