Obama/Murtha: Equal To, Or Lesser Than, One Idiot

Let's start with Obama:

"I am convinced that if there were no Fox News, I might be two or three points higher in the polls," Obama says in the article. "If I were watching Fox News, I wouldn't vote for me, right? Because the way I'm portrayed 24/7 is as a freak!"

He continues that he is being typecast as "the latte-sipping, New York Times-reading, Volvo-driving, no-gun-owning, effet, politically correct, arrogant liberal. Who wants somebody like that?"

...said the candidate as he sipped his latte over a New York Times, fretting over approval ratings while fingering the keys to his hybrid as he worked on designing his own personal presidential seal....

Gee, douchbag, how many points would you be behind if you didn't have CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS/NBC and every print outlet already in the tank for you?

And how do you think it feels to wake up every day and be Sarah Palin, with all of the aforementioned news distributers portraying her as a "freak" 24/7 ?

And you wonder why people think you are arrogant? Demanding that 100%, instead of the present 95% ,of the media should be falling in line behind you may help fuel that perception, genius.

Ah, and there's John "Libel" Murtha, who when not calling our own Marines cold-blooded killers is calling his own constituents cold-blooded racists:

U.S. Rep. John Murtha says his home base of western Pennsylvania is racist and that could reduce Barack Obama's victory margin in the state by 4 percentage points.

The 17-term Democratic congressman tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a story posted Wednesday on its Web site that, as he put it: "There is no question that western Pennsylvania is a racist area."

Well, I guess its a can't-lose statement by Nasty John; if Obama loses, he can shout "told you so!"; if Obama wins, he'll be congratulated for "guilting" voters into choosing the Democrat. Nice leadership there, John, and what respect for the folks that have voted you into office to represent them for the last thirty years !

Maybe we should add the voters of Murtha's Johnston-Altoona district into the equation posited as the title of this post. After all, this guy spits on our soldiers and his congressional district, and they still pull the lever for him. Is it because they are Dronocrats (by a 2-1 margin), and are incapable of breaking goosestep with their party, no matter how derisive it is of their bible-clutching, gun-owning ,miserable little lives?

Maybe. Murtha's opponent is certainly worthy - one Lt. Col. Bill Russell, just off a 29 year stint in the Army.

Western PA voters have a clear choice this year - to be represented by a man who calls them ignorant racists, or by a distinguished veteran who resepcts them and hopes to serve them with honor.

One would think it would be an easy decision, but we are talking about Democrats here...
