Obama Promises To Turn America Into A Third-World Nation!

Well, gee, what else could you call a nation that will be cutting its military budget by 25%, that speaks freely of nationalizing health care and oil companies, and has a lapdog media that only reports on that which shows Dear Leader in a positive light?

What else can you call a nation that will force the rich to flee via taxation, thus shifting the burden onto the middle class, thereby creating just a single class - the poor?

What else will you be able to call a country whose ability to produce is limited by rolling blackouts?

Why rolling blackouts? Well, what else can result from Obama's latest revelation, that he will destroy the coal industry by forcing them into bankruptcy via fees, penalties, and regulations?

"Let me sort of describe my overall policy.What I've said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else's out there....

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted...

Imagine if John McCain had whispered somewhere that he was willing to bankrupt a major industry? Would this declaration not immediately be front page news? Well, Barack Obama actually flat out told the San Francisco Chronicle (SF Gate) that he was willing to see the coal industry go bankrupt in a January 17, 2008 interview. The result? Nothing.

Incidentally, here's the article as written in the San Francisco Chronicle...not one mention of Obama's plan to destroy the coal industry in America. Did they think it was not important, or did they know exactly how explosive it was, and thus omitted it from publication?

Either way, repulsive behavior by a free press in a free society...not to mention by a presidential candidate...
