Let the Democrats roll out that withered old harridan, Hillary Clinton, in 2016. The media can chant "historic" all they want, we'll just chant "Ben-gha-zee...."
We've got two savvy heavyweights who are going to duke it out in the finals, and neither of them is named Chris Christie (more on him later). Marco Rubio is in Israel right now, and looking more presidential than Barack Obama has on his best day:
Marco Rubio, In Israel, Is Meeting Netanyahu And Becoming Rather Popular
Rubio said he is visiting the country in his capacity as a member of both the Senate Intelligence and Foreign Relations committees. He is scheduled to meet with Israeli President Shimon Peres, Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, and said that he will discuss the peace process between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
According to a source with knowledge of the schedule, Rubio, who was in Jordan on Tuesday to meet with King Abdullah, met with Netanyahu Wednesday afternoon, a meeting followed by a small private dinner held in his honor that included “one senior minister from the Likud party.”
Rubio’s visit, while probably made in the spirit of it’s-never-too-early-to-start-campaigning, has nonetheless made him extremely popular among the Israeli press and politicians. His declaration on Wednesday that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital, a point that is hotly contested by the Palestinians, coupled with positive reviews of his visit in the Israeli media, have helped bolster his image.
Jen Rubin:
His Thursday press conference from Jerusalem was as solid an appearance (fluid, disciplined, informed) as any senator in recent memory and certainly more coherent than what we hear from the administration.
Solid? You betcha. But in the other corner, we've got Rand Paul, who went to Israel last month (with equal praise for his performance) and is currently showing how serious he is about domestic spending by putting his money where his mouth is. NPR(!):
For the second year in a row, Sen. Rand Paul, a Republican of Kentucky, is returning a large part of his office's operating budget to the Treasury.
According to a press release, Paul presented taxpayers in Louisville with an "oversized" check for $600,000.
"I ran to stop the reckless spending, and I pledged to the people of Kentucky that I would work to keep their hard-earned money out of the hands of Washington bureaucrats whose irresponsible spending has threatened our country's economic health," Paul said.
As we reported at the time, Paul wrote out a check for $500,000 last year. That means that during the two years that Paul has been in the Senate, he has returned $1.1 million.
The $600,000 represents 20 percent of the senator's operating budget.
Quite a comparison to President Chicken-Without-A-Head, who is currently flying around the nation on Air Force One (what's that costing us? Hello? MSM? ) warning us that doom is at hand if the policies he put forward (Obamacare? No, the sequester!) are faithfully executed. Attempting to save money, we are being told, is the root of all evil.
If by 2016 America is not ready and willing for a bit more gravitas from their leadership, then the end will really be upon us. But I don't think - I don't want to think - that is the case.
We've got some heavyweights ready to come off the benches, folks...and no, I'm not talking about Chris Christie, who appears to be planning a third-party run with New York lefty Andrew Cuomo, whom Christie professes to agree with 98% of the time. Maybe.
But we've nominated the most centrist Republican running in the past two general election cycles, and they've both lost handily. Given a choice between a Democrat and a Democrat lite, folks will take the real deal every time. Shoot, dollars to donuts (no pun intended) says Hillary would best Christie in his home state, proving that more and more, liberals want Republicans to govern their affairs close to home, but prefer to put a Democrat in the White House for symbolic purposes.
Stay home in Jersey, Chris, and kick ass in the 2013 election. Let Rubio and Rand duke it out to be the national standard bearer in 2016., and let the loser join the winner on the ticket.
Then bring on the Clintons....

Meet The Face Of Anti-Semitism: George Galloway
He's a British MP from the "Respect" Party (more on that later), no less. But have no doubt: George Galloway's revulsion at having to sit down and debate with a Jew (sorry, an "Israeli") and subsequent refusal to do so was not an aberration, but an open display of the anti-semtism that lies in the heart of every liberal who proudly wears the badge:
George Galloway has been accused of racism after walking out of a debate at Oxford University after discovering that his opponent was an Israeli citizen.
The Respect party MP for Bradford West – a vocal critic of Israel and its treatment of Palestinian people – had been taking part in the debate at Christ Church college, speaking for the motion that "Israel should withdraw immediately from the West Bank", when he learned that Eylon Aslan-Levy, a student opposing it, was Israeli.
Galloway interrupted the third-year philosophy, politics and economics student at Brasenose college when Aslan-Levy used the word "we" in reference to Israel.
"You said 'we'," said Galloway. "Are you an Israeli?"
"I am, yes," Aslan-Levy replied.
"I don't debate with Israelis. I have been misled, sorry," Galloway said, standing and putting on his coat, then reiterating as he walked out: "I don't recognise Israel and I don't debate with Israelis."
The Oxford student newspaper Cherwell quoted Aslan-Levy as saying afterwards: "I am appalled that an MP would storm out of a debate with me for no reason other than my heritage. To refuse to talk to someone just because of their nationality is pure racism, and totally unacceptable for a member of parliament."
The debate organiser, Mahmood Naji, told Cherwell.org: "At no point during my email exchange with Mr Galloway's secretary was Eylon's nationality ever brought up or mentioned." He added: "Nor do I expect to have to tell the speaker what his opponent's nationality is."
Watch the video - it is actually more horrific to watch than it is to read. Note the gasps from the crowd, which was not likely comprised of Israeli partisans, to say the least:
Galloway, to his credit, has the courage of his hateful convictions:
Galloway said on his Facebook page: "I refused this evening at Oxford University to debate with an Israeli, a supporter of the apartheid state of Israel. The reason is simple: no recognition, no normalisation. Just boycott, divestment and sanctions, until the apartheid state is defeated. I never debate with Israelis nor speak to their media. If they want to speak about Palestine – the address is the PLO."
Galloway reiterated his earlier points in his replies to his questioners, tweeting: "No recognition of Israel. No normalisation. Christ Church never informed us the debate would be with an Israeli. Simple."
And don't even bother me with trying to make a distinction between Israel and the Jews Trust me, there is none in Galloway's eyes....nor in those of his supporters.
This is liberalism, people. Deal with it.
Getting back to the top - do you know where the name "Respect Party" was derived from?
Its name is a contrived acronym standing for Respect, Equality, Socialism, Peace, Environmentalism, Community and Trade Unionism.
Look at that list, and ask yourselves if there is any daylight between Barack Hussein Obama and George Galloway on the issues that make up the "Respect" Party. Then look at Obama's treatment of Israel, and his nomination for Defense Secretary. And don't forget that Obama too stormed out on a prominent Israeli,- one Benjamin Netanyahu - when he didn't bow to his demands.
So what do you think Obama really feels about Israel, and the Jews?
If you need to ask....contact George Galloway. At least he'll be honest with you.

Chuck Hagel: Obama's PERFECT Secretary of Defense !
From a speech Hagel made at Rutgers University (yeah, buddy! Jersey represents!) in April of 2010:
Secretary of defense nominee Chuck Hagel said Israel is on its way to becoming an apartheid state during an April 9, 2010, appearance at Rutgers University, according to a contemporaneous account by an attendee.
Hagel also accused Israel of violating U.N. resolutions, called for U.S.-designated terrorist organization Hamas to be included in any peace negotiations, and described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a “radical,” according to the source.
....He said that Hamas has to be brought in to any peace negotiation.
Sounds like some serious anti-semitism being covered there by anti-Zionism, Chuckie Boy...
But that's OK, apparently. John McCain and Lindsey Graham aren't bothered enough by it to block the nomination, and jeez - American Jews voted for Barack Obama in massive numbers, well aware of his, ahem, "proclivities".
So bring it. Seems like some people need to learn a serious lesson. And I for one think it is time to stop protect people (especially my people) from the consequences of their choices...

Liberal's Head Explodes When Confronted With Liar's Paradox (aka Democratic Policies)
I'll quote liberally here from Robert Stacey McCain ( a 21st century Hunter S. Thompson, but without the drugs. I think):
Everything Democrats say is a lie. Remember what they promised ObamaCare would do, now that we see what it actually does:
President Obama’s health care law will push 7 million people out of their job-based insurance coverage — nearly twice the previous estimate, according to the latest estimates from the Congressional Budget Office released Tuesday.
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimated Tuesday that President Obama’s signature healthcare law will cost about $1.3 trillion over the next 10 years.
Remember when they said it would actually save money for the federal government? Remember when they said nobody would lose their current insurance? Lies, lies, all lies.
The question remains: Why are liberals and the mainstream media unable to process and properly react to the bald-faced lying of Barack Obama and the Democratic party?
I thought about it for a while. I couldn't come up with anything concrete, although, there is this...
Perhaps, instinctively, liberals know - should they dare to attempt to process the reality of the Democratic administration, and face the truth of its intents and outcomes - they would suffer the same fate as poor Norman does here, at the hands of James Tiberius Kirk and Harcourt Fenton Mudd:
I've seen this happen to members of my synagogue, incidentally. Usually when I point out Obama's record on Israel...

Another Reason For Obama To Hate Israel...
Once again, Benjamin Netanyahu and those pesky Jews made our president look weak, stupid, and dishonest. Elliot Abrams:
Israel’s air strike on a Syrian weapons convoy is not the first such successful attack they have done. In September 2007, Israel attacked the nuclear reactor Syria was building (with North Korean help) and eliminated it. In both these cases, Syria’s air defenses proved worthless and Israel lost no planes.
These facts are worth noting because a major and repeated excuse for American passivity in Syria has been the claimed effectiveness of those air defenses.
Abrams references the excuse-making of the New York Times, the closest thing to a window in the mind of Barack:
....the hazards are substantial. Syria is more complicated than Libya, where NATO aided a rebel victory by establishing a no-fly zone. It has more advanced Russian air defense systems near population centers that would have to be taken out first, which could cause more civilian casualties.
Abrams, again:
We are left wondering why Israel seems to be able to dodge those “advanced,” “lethal,” “plentiful” air defenses at will. Here’s a theory. The U.S. Air Force is plenty capable of doing what the Israeli Air Force has done. Syria’s air defenses are a problem and a threat, but they are above all an excuse for inaction. They appear to be far more effective at justifying our policy of inaction than they are at bringing down attacking airplanes.
Which makes President Obama a coward. Or a liar. Most probably, both.
But since, above all else, Obama is petulant, angry, and vindictive, the last place he will look for fault is within himself. Instead, I expect he is seething over the fact that Israel's determination to stay alive has once again reflected poorly on him.
A situation he -and the Left - has been trying to rectify for over four years now...

"New Republic" Dumps Their Jews...
Ah, the good old days are back. That is, if you consider the enactment of the Nuremberg Laws something to feel nostalgic about....
Seems as if the new owner of the New Republic - wealthy dilettante Chris Hughes - has removed the names of some of the magazine's most prominent Jews from their masthead:
The New Republic has quietly dropped at least five prominent Jewish writers from its masthead in a move that may signal the publication’s continued drift away from a staunchly pro-Israel standpoint.
The names of several prominent Jewish writers from both the left and right of the political spectrum were dropped....
They include: Daily Beast reporter Eli Lake, longtime TNR columnist James Kirchick, Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer, and onetime senior editor Lawrence Kaplan. Complicating the picture, former TNR editor Peter Beinart was also dropped from the masthead. Beinart is the publisher of Open Zion, an anti-Zionist Daily Beast blog sponsored by the New America Foundation.
Gee, who else would have an interest in a key liberal magazine dropping it's "pro-Israel" standpoint, and perhaps cutting loose some of those pesky Jews? I don't know, maybe...Barack Hussein Obama, who Chris Hughes recently conducted a fawning interview with for his new toy, the New Republic? For whom Hughes was the “former online campaign adviser”? To whom Hughes contributed over $20,000 to in 2012?
No many how many times you tell a Jew that the Left is anti-Semitic, no matter how much evidence they see with their own eyes, they'll never believe you. Which is why we always wind up huddling in cattle cars...or bomb shelters.
I'll say it, even as my brethren stop their ears and screech "Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb...." :

Two Men, Two Quotes, and the "Surge"
The year is 2007. Two Senators, on different sides of the aisle, both negative on the prospects for the success of George W. Bush's military strategy in Iraq, specifically, "The Surge". Here are the quotes, can you guess the two men?
#1:
“I am not persuaded that 20,000 additional troops in Iraq is going to solve the sectarian violence there. In fact, I think it will do the reverse.”
#2:
“[The Surge is]...the most dangerous foreign policy blunder in this country since Vietnam, if it’s carried out.”
The first quote was from then-Senator Barack Hussein Obama, Democrat from Illinois. The second was from then-Senator Chuck Hagel, Republican from Nebraska.
Both of them spectacularly wrong about the biggest military operation this nation had undertaken in half a century. Certainly, as Commentary points out, it gave us insight into the character of our future president:
It was an early indication of Obama’s poor judgment and instinct to substitute ideological stubbornness for serious analysis.
But more importantly, it turns out these two losers have been running a foreign-policy carnival sideshow for years:
Obama and Hagel would develop a friendship, and repeat this pattern. They would travel to Iraq together, where Hagel was dismissive and suspicious of the military’s top brass. Obama would take office and do the same. Hagel would speak out against tough Iran sanctions, and Obama would work against them from the White House, opposing several iterations of them and finally watering them down when he couldn’t prevent sanctions from passing Congress. Hagel would loudly criticize even the contemplation of military action against Iran, and Obama would have his secretary of defense deliver a similar message to Israel.
The two of them don't' equal one idiot. And they both believe they are destined to shape the New World Order, using a "fundamentally transformed" America as their vehicle.
May God save us....

I Can't Wait To See the Real Chuck Hagel !!
Jewish Democrats, and Democrats who represent Jews, are coming around to the idea of supporting the anti-Israeli, anti-Semitic Chuck Hagel for Secretary of Defense. For it seems as if he has done what it necessary for him to earn Senate confirmation: he has rejected every past position he has ever held. All neatly done in a letter to Barbara Boxer, as reported by Jonathan Tobin:
In it, he didn’t merely apologize for his bragging about standing up to the “Jewish lobby,” but also backtracked from previous stands on the U.S.-Israel alliance, the threat from Iran and even specified that he now considers Hamas and Hezbollah to be terrorist groups.
As expected, Hagel flipped on his anti-gay stance as well as his opposition to abortion rights for members of the armed services—issues that are important to the liberal Boxer. But by explicitly reversing his positions on Middle East issues that he had held throughout his years in the Senate and after he left Congress, Hagel has made it clear that he is willing to say anything necessary to win the approval of pro-Israel Democrats without whom he cannot win confirmation.
Jen Rubin feels there is a lot left unsaid:
Then there is his apology for his “Jewish lobby” remark, which his supporters have either denied or dubbed trivial. Hagel now says he apologizes for a “poor choice of words.” But Boxer apparently neglected to ask him about his even more noxious declaration that he is not the senator for Israel. Was that also a poor choice of words? Moreover, this is not a mere choice of words. Hagel said that the Jewish lobby “intimidates” lawmakers. Which lawmakers? Was he intimidated?
None of this hangs together. Nor does it answer the many questions surrounding Hagel, among them his comments warning against “isolating” Iran, his refusal to designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization, his belief that Israel and its conflict with the Palestinians is at the root of all the Middle East’s problems or his call for direct negotiations with Hamas.
Jen is right, of course, but it doesn't matter. Chuck Schumer has already endorsed Hagel based on the Boxer letter refuting every past position he ever held. Luckily for Hagel, he never tied a dog carried to the roof of his car on a road trip 20-odd years ago. Then, he would have been disqualified.
Me, I like the fact Hagel did not apologize for his belief in a "Jewish lobby", but simply regrets his phrasing. Expect to hear a lot about the "Zionist lobby" once Hagel is given the job to take apart America's defenses...
Here's where Jonathan Tobin is dead wrong, by the way:
There’s good reason to believe that Hagel was chosen precisely because the president privately shares some of those views that the nominee is now disavowing. But this is also a president who understands that his political capital is finite and can’t be squandered on anti-Israel grudges when there are much larger and more important battles to be fought in the next four years. The campaign against Hagel may not succeed in stopping his confirmation. But by forcing him to start talking like a neoconservative on Israel, it has demonstrated that there is a limit to how far even a re-elected Obama can go when it comes to straying from the foreign policy mainstream.
On so many levels, wrong. There is no limit to how far out of the mainstream Barack Obama can go; he's been given his "flexibility" by the American people, and the media won't hold him to account. Furthermore, this is a president who believes his political capital is infinite, and can count on the media to morph every one of his hissy fits into a story about his strong leadership and benign countenance.
Just as Obama ran on "One America" and has been the most strident partisan president in American history, Hagel is saying whatever it takes to get the Secretary of Defense post, and will freely go back on his word afterwards. Again, no one will hold him to account - not the media, not the Democrats, not the Jews.
Ah, my fellow Jews. For them it is that I want Chuck Hagel to be elevated to Secretary of Defense. Because he's gonna fustigate Israel, and defenestrate the Jews.
And it is look past time for the Jews to be protected from their continual poor choices...

Why Was Hagel Picked? Follow The Money...And The Jews
David Brooks, the house "conservative" at the Washington Post (even my scare quotes do not do justice for the disdain I have for him), sort-of defends the Chuck Hagel pick for Secretary of Defense, but makes an illustrative point in doing so:
Chuck Hagel has been nominated to supervise the beginning of this generation-long process of defense cutbacks. If a Democratic president is going to slash defense, he probably wants a Republican at the Pentagon to give him political cover, and he probably wants a decorated war hero to boot.
All the charges about Hagel’s views on Israel or Iran are secondary. The real question is, how will he begin this long cutting process....?
How, in short, will Hagel supervise the beginning of America’s military decline? If members of Congress don’t want America to decline militarily, well, they have no one to blame but the voters and themselves.
We can't be both a military superpower and a welfare state. It's long been obvious which status was favored by Barack Obama. It took the election of 2012 for the American people to give him the flexibility he needed to undertake the structural work of the transformational change the president promised. And so we have sealed our own fate.
And while I don't believe that Hagel’s views on Israel or Iran are secondary...they may in fact be to Obama. The fact that they align with the president's worldview is just added value, as they say.
In fact, Barack Obama and Chuck Hagel are kindred spirits - two intellectual lightweights with swelled heads and delusions of grandeur. The New York Sun takes Hagel down with one power punch:
By what deep principles is Senator Hagel guided in his long years of hanging back from anything that could be construed as helpful to the Jewish state or unhelpful to her enemies? He’s made no life’s work of sound money. He’s made no life’s work of constitutional fundamentals. We can’t think of a single over-riding principle in his career, save for an abiding sneer at Israel, in which he seems to take a certain mischievous glee. Maybe we’re missing something that will emerge during the confirmation process, but based on the record so far, we’d be surprised....
Who else does that sound like, by the way?
Finally, we get to those pesky Jews - the Wall Street Journal:
But give Mr. Hagel this: When it comes to expressing himself about Israel, its enemies, and the influence of the so-called Jewish lobby, he has been nothing if not consistent and outspoken.
Chuck Hagel talks about the "Jewish lobby" - not the "Israel lobby", mind you. One almost expects him to start to sputter Hitler-style, and begin screaming about "lebensraum" and "der Juden"...
Maybe that's political courage. Or maybe it's a mental twitch, the kind you can't quite help. The confirmation process should be illuminating...
Nah.
It won't tell us anything we don't already know.
And he will pass through the Senate, because each individual (Democratic) Senator cares more about his political fortunes than the fortunes of the nation, or the wishes of their constituents.
And I will have a drink, and ponder how instant karma got the Jews right between the eyes...

The Wages Of Obama Come Due!
But hey - I'm not angry about it anymore. It's kind of funny, to watch every warning conservatives offered come to pass, and see Obama voters scratch their heads and utter animal-like grunts of bewilderment.
First, we had the inaugural paychecks of 2013, which virtually every working citizen found to be...a bit light, despite assurances to the contrary. As I mentioned last Friday, my medical deduction went up as well....and apparently, I wasn't the only one.
The New York Times is befuddled:
Health insurance companies across the country are seeking and winning double-digit increases in premiums for some customers, even though one of the biggest objectives of the Obama administration’s health care law was to stem the rapid rise in insurance costs for consumers.
Particularly vulnerable to the high rates are small businesses and people who do not have employer-provided insurance and must buy it on their own.
Perhaps it is because they take the words of the Kremlin - sorry, the White House - at face value:
As a result of the review process, federal officials say, rates were reduced, on average, by nearly three percentage points, according to a report issued last September..
You see? It is funny!
But if you like jokes, the biggest one was played on the Jews, who somehow still believed, after all the evidence of their eyes, that Barack Obama was a friend of Israel. With the looming nomination of Chuck Hagel as Defense Secretary, well...the Jews will get the anti-Semite they deserve:
The flavor of the accounts is given in a headline in one Jewish website: “Nebraska Jews Recall Senator Chuck Hagel as ‘Unfriendly’ and ‘Unmovable’ on Israel, ‘Didn’t Give a Damn About the Jewish Community.’” The former editor of the Omaha Jewish Press recalled that “Hagel was the only one we have had in Nebraska, who basically showed the Jewish community that he didn’t give a damn about the Jewish community or any of our concerns.” Another community leader commented that “During his last year in office, we knew he was not going to run again, he never returned any of our calls.”
And there's this now-infamous remark:
A meeting with officials of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA), which sought to keep USO Haifa open, was described by Marsha Halteman of JINSA to the Washington Free Beacon.
“He said to me, ‘Let the Jews pay for it.’ ...I told him at the time that I found his comments to be anti-Semitic.”
A pro-Iran, anti-Israeli anti-Semite? He's Obama dream Sec of Def. Don't complain, my fellow Jews - you are the ones who gave Obama the "flexibility" he so craved...
And for any law-abiding American with a gun who voted for Obama, well...prepare to fork it over. Any dumbass who believed him when he said this -
“I believe in the Second Amendment. I will not take your shotgun away. I will not take your rifle away. I won’t take your handgun away… But I am not going to take your guns away. So if you want to find an excuse not to vote for me, don’t use that one because it just ain’t true. It ain’t true.
- is probably too stupid to own a gun anyway. Either way, the Second Amendment that Barack Obama claimed to so fervently believed in is now about to be circumvented by...Barack Obama:
If new gun control measures don’t pass the Senate and House, the game is far from over. The Obama administration is investigating the possibility of executive orders reclassifying semi-automatic firearms as class 2 weapons, thus doing by fiat what the legislative branch rejected.
So what did we achieve with Barack Obama's re-election? Higher taxes, higher health insurance premiums, anti-Semites in high office, and restrictive gun control.
And "Inauguration Day: The Sequel" is still weeks away.
Pay the piper, America. You voted for him, and he's giving you exactly what we said he would.
At least I'm gonna die laughing...

Was Hillary Clinton Injured In A Plane Crash While On A Secret Mission To Iran??
First we were told that Hillary became dehydrated earlier this month because of a stomach virus she contracted during a trip to Europe. At some point, her aides claim, Hillary fainted and fell, resulting in a concussion.
Or was it Europe after all?
State Department officials had said that Mrs. Clinton fainted when she was at home alone in Washington but added that the concussion was not diagnosed immediately.
Apparently, the Secretary of State is now hospitalized with a blood clot in a vein between her brain and skull behind her right ear. Not life threatening, or so we are told ( a disclaimer that must be applied to any Obama Administration communique, alas...).
Just what the fuck is the Benghazi Bunch up to here?
I've said little in these pages about Ms. Clinton's illness/injuries, mostly because I've found the whole thing so odd. Very coincidental (but still possible) if true, utterly "banana republic-style" should she pop up hale and hearty once the Benghazi business had been swept conveniently under the rug.
But certain rumors now must be addressed, especially as Hillary appears to be more seriously ill than we were originally told.
Specifically - was Madame Secretary on a secret mission to negotiate (surrender?) with the Iranian mullahs when her plane crashed, killing a top Navy Seal in the process, one whose death is being smeared and covered up?
That's what they are saying...in Europe. From the EU Times:
A new Foreign Military Intelligence (GRU) report circulating in the Kremlin today is saying that United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was injured, and a top US Navy Seal Commander killed when their C-12 Huron military passenger and transport aircraft crash landed nearly 3 weeks ago in the Iranian city of Ahvaz near the Iraqi border.
Iranian intelligence agents quoted in this GRU report confirm that the C-12 Huron aircraft is still in their possession in Ahvaz, but will only admit that the plane was “forced to land because of technical problems”.
The US Navy Seal member reported killed in this bizarre incident, this report says, was indentified as Commander Job W. Price who as a leader of this highly specialized American Special Forces unit protects high-ranking diplomats traveling in Middle Eastern and Asian combat zones.
Curiously, US media reports on Commander Price’s death say it being investigated as a possible suicide as he died from what the American Defense Department describes as “a non-combat related injury”.
Here's the "details", such as they are:
This GRU report, however, states that US military flight logs recorded by Russian air and space forces confirm that Commander Price, and other members of US Navy Seal Team 4, left their base in Urozgan Province, Afghanistan on a flight to US Naval Support Activity Bahrain where they met up with Secretary Clinton and all of them transferred to the C-12 Huron that began a flight path to Baghdad, Iraq.

Within minutes of leaving Bahrain airspace, this report says, the C-12 Huron carrying Secretary Clinton and her US Navy Seal protectors, “without notice,” deviated from their assigned flight path heading, instead, directly towards Iran’s Ahwaz International Airport where, coincidentally, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had previously landed on an “unscheduled” visit.
Important to note, GRU analysts say in this report, was that when the C-12 Huron entered into Iranian airspace neither American nor Iran air force units responded clearly indicating that this secret mission was sanctioned.
Upon the C-12 Huron landing at Ahwaz, however, this report says it encountered “extreme turbulence” causing it to leave the runway where its main landing gear then collapsed causing it to crash.
Within seconds of the C-12 Huron crashing, this report continues, Iranian emergency and security personal responded freeing the victims, including Secretary Clinton who was reportedly unconscious and “bleeding profusely.”
Well, certainly this would have given her the infamous concussion. And blunt impact trauma can often cause blood clots that show up some time later.
This little tidbit showed up yesterday...a story out of Iran, reported by ABC (who takes pains to point out elsewhere they reported this story "more than two weeks ago". Also interesting...)
A small American commercial plane left Iran Sunday after it was repaired following an emergency landing at an Iranian airport this month, state TV reported.
The plane was forced to land 16 days ago at the airport of the southern city of Ahvaz due to technical failure, Mahmoud Rasoulinejad, head of the state-owned Iran Airports Company, told the TV station.
Rasoulinejad said three passengers left Iran for Arab countries in the Gulf, but the plane remained under repair in the airport. He said the plane took off from Iran Sunday upon arrival of needed spare parts and completion of repairs.
It was not clear why the announcement of the plane's landing was not made earlier...
Oh, I can think of a lot of reasons.
It sounds so fantastical...but remember, these are the same people who allowed diplomats and security guards to be slaughtered in their Libyan consulate, lied about it, jailed an America in California for allegedly "provoking" the attacks, then blamed Republicans for making the event "political". The media, in deference to their preferred party, refused to cover the story at all, and the Benghazi Bunch got away with murder.
With that recent "success" in mind...why wouldn't they fly Madame Secretary on the down-low to Iran so as to capitulate to their leadership (perhaps serve up Israel, now that the election is over), and - given the inevitable disaster - why wouldn't they think they could cover-up the truth once again, and throw a dead soldier under the bus in order to do so?
More on this shortly...
UPDATE: Some questions raised about the veracity of this story in the comments below, but more interestingly...did Hillary Clinton have a stroke? Or does Hillary - as the National Enquirer claims - have a brain tumor? The Althouse link has a number of differing opinions as well...
UPDATE II: Picked up by DEBKA, I see....there are reputation issues there as well, of course, but DEBKA has often called Middle East action light-years beofre the so-called experts. Point it, the story is out there...
UPDATE III: It seems as if even the mainstream media is in "WTF?" mode...
Or was it Europe after all?

Chuck Hagel: The Secretary Of Defense Jews Deserve
Sure, he's an anti-Semite, trafficking in the most base of libels:
..Senator Hagel often appears before Arab-American groups to air his views regarding the Middle East....Says Hagel: "The political reality is that... the Jewish lobby intimidates a lot of people up here."
(audio clip here)
Jews supported Barack Obama by a 69%-31% margin. This, after four years of in-your-face disgust for Israel and for the Jewish people in general.
As I have said many times in the past, American Jews are not as smart as they are made out to be. Or perhaps they are simply over-educated, and with their noses buried in books and journals, have forgotten that their survival is in peril every minute, something all the free health care and tax hikes in the world won't change.
They are about to be reminded.
The Jews have given Obama his flexibility, instead of taking away Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. And as we can see with the fiscal cliff "negotiations", boy-oh-boy is he going to use it.
Via The Lid, here are some of Hagel's greatest "hits" on Israel:
-In August 2006, Hagel was one of only 12 Senators who refused to write the EU asking them to declare Hezbollah a terrorist organization.
-In October 2000, Hagel was one of only 4 Senators who refused to sign a Senate letter in support of Israel.
-In November 2001, Hagel was one of only 11 Senators who refsued to sign a letter urging President Bush not to meet with the late Yassir Arafat until his forces ended the violence against Israel.
-In December 2005, Hagel was one of only 27 who refused to sign a letter to President Bush to pressure the Palestinian Authority to ban terrorist groups from participating in Palestinian legislative elections.
-In June 2004, Hagel refused to sign a letter urging President Bush to highlight Iran's nuclear program at the G-8 summit
To be fair, some did support Hagel's positions during his short-lived presidential campaign in 2008:
“Potential presidential candidates for 2008, like Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Joe Biden and Newt Gingrich, were falling all over themselves to express their support for Israel. The only exception to that rule was Senator Chuck Hagel …” [Council on American-Islamic Relations, 8/28/06]
Hot Air reports that key Jewish Democratic pressure groups & donors were huddling at the White House Hanukkah party and expressing their concern over a Hagel nomination. I literally laughed out loud reading it. These guys put party loyalty over their won flesh and blood, and now they are actually surprised that the anti-Semite they voted for actually means what he says?
They have forgotten Mein Kampf. Also written by a man who meant everything he said.
I hope Hagel gets the nomination. He's a shoo-in if he is, as the old-boy network in the Senate would never prevent a fellow alum from moving up the ladder, hateful policies or not. And American Jews will have gotten the Secretary of Defense they voted for.
Literally.
And you'll see me at synagogue, with a mile-wide smirk, as my fellow congregants (most of whom - well, at least those who know my political stance - can't stand the sight of me) speak in worried whispers about what is going on around them, and what is happening to Israel. And given the chance, I will say:
Told you so...

Gaza War 2012 "Ends" In Cease-Fire....
...before Israel gets a chance to finish them off. Can't have that. Then who would satisfy the world's lust for Jewish blood? Besides the French Muslims, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the mullahs of Iran?
What about Hezbollah? Oh, yeah, those guys. Funny thing, their silence over the past week. They do have some 40,000 rockets and missiles, and usually can be counted on the launch a fusillade from the north while Hamas attacks from the south, just for giggles, and to show what big men they are. But it seems as if they like having those 40,000 missiles after all, and recollect what happened the last time they got a bit frisky, back in 2006: They got their asses kicked by the Israelis, and were almost run out of Lebanon by their own people. Took them all this time to re-arm, and they can't risk having to do it all over again. Especially if they are expected to launch a counter-attack when Israel decides to take out Iran's nuclear capabilities, probably within the next 18 months.
But Hezbollah can probably afford to lose some face this time. Remember, a key part of the cease-fire agreement of the 2006 Israel/Lebanon war was the disarming of Hezbollah. Yeah, that went well. No wonder Israel doesn't trust the UN, and why the Arabs are always asking for their intercession after they start yet another war they cannot finish...
So Hamas will be back to their Jew-killing, when it is politically prudent. And Israel buys a moment of peace, at very little cost. And Turkish PM Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan got to strut around like a Chaplin-eaque dictator, while Hillary Clinton gets the warring parties to hold off on signing a cease-fire until she shows up at the scene. So everybody wins. Except the dead, who will not get to see the sun rise on the status quo tomorrow...
And what did Hillary Clinton do, exactly? Nothing, as far as anyone could tell, except show up for a photo-op once the heavy lifting was finished, so as to receive accolades from the American media. Which she seems to receive every time she takes a dump in a foreign toilet.
Interestingly, the man who might have done the most to bring the cease-fire might have been Barack Hussein Obama, who did little other than voice strong support for Israel and disappear into Burma. Which bought enough time for Israel to achieve the majority of her limited objectives.
What were his motivations? Payback to American Jews for not abandoning him in droves? A quid pro quo with Benjamin Netanyahu (who praised Obama to the skies after announcing the cease-fire, praise that was returned by the president, who claimed that Bibi had finally listened to him)? Or just a realization that palling around with the bad guys in the Middle East will get him nowhere?
So Obama wins here, too. A victory at home and overseas that I do not begrudge him one bit. 'Ol George W. Bush could not have done any better...
But the biggest winner in this odd little war? One Lieutenant Sacha Dratwa of the Israeli Defense Forces. A 26 year old Belgian immigrant and snowboarding aficionado he ran the IDF's social media outreach during the conflict, did hand-to-hand combat with biased world media, and handed Israel a propaganda victory for the first time since...oh, ever:
In the past two years, Dratwa has taken a small operation initially created during Operation Cast Lead to streamline the IDF’s YouTube and Facebook presence and turned it into the most globally visible arm of the Israeli military. In the past year, the new media desk has rapidly expanded into new terrain, from commissioning content designed for viral sharing to creating a Foursquare-style game for the IDF blog that rewards frequent visitors to the site with badges. The IDF is also posting video of its drone strikes, starting with the Jabari assassination, as well as of Israelis taking cover during air raids and of Iron Dome units successfully thwarting rockets launched from Gaza.
“We want to explain to people what happens in Israel, simply,” Dratwa said in a brief telephone interview late last week. “We believe people understand the language of Facebook, the language of Twitter.”
The goal, as Dratwa explained it, is twofold: to get Israel’s narrative out in real time, as people read about red alerts in Tel Aviv and rocket landings in Gaza on Twitter, and to cut out the middleman of “old media” in communicating with pro-Israel activists. “What we try to do is to be fast and get information out before the old media,” Dratwa told me. “We believe people are getting information from social media platforms and we don’t want them to get it from other sources—we are the ones on the scene, and the old media are not on the scene as are the IDF.”
Imagine that. Subverting the mainstream media and getting your message out to an impressionable public before the liberal hacks have a chance to poison minds with preset narratives and talking points.
Maybe, once Dratwa's tour of duty with the IDF is up, the GOP can hire him for the 2016 campaign...
What about Hezbollah? Oh, yeah, those guys. Funny thing, their silence over the past week. They do have some 40,000 rockets and missiles, and usually can be counted on the launch a fusillade from the north while Hamas attacks from the south, just for giggles, and to show what big men they are.
Watching Egyptian President Morsi smile is like watching a shark smirk. When he starts shedding blood, Hillary may regret her hearty handshake...

Hamas Confesses To Using Woman, Children, Elderly As Human Shields
It is a barbarism out of the darkest days of human history. Which may still be in front of us, mind you. Hear the mouthpiece of Hatred and Death brag about the use of the innocent as human shields:
In my mind, every person who supports Hamas in this battle - or even refuses to support Israel - is taking up arms with Hamas MP Fathi Hammad, and is fighting with him for a future in which these tactics are not only permissible but praiseworthy.
What we are seeing in the Middle East today is an existential battle between good and evil. One side openly claims to worship death and rejoices at the despoiling of innocence, all while waging non-stop war against a good neighbor who merely want to live in peace on their tiny strip of land.
A no-brainer, one would think. And yet...it is amazing how much of the world community (and the media) is lining up behind Hamas.
I had always thought the devil tricks humanity with complex disguises, hiding evil under a veneer of false goodness, bright lights, and dazzling arrays, while offering temptation just on the border between allowable and illicit, all in order to slowly, but certainly, bring us over to his side.
But is seems as if Occam's Razor applies once again. No sorcery or subterfuge is necessary for the devil to get his due. All he has to do is declare himself openly, and make his vile intentions clear, and 51% of humanity will flock to his banner.
(Kind of how Barack Obama won the election?)
Alas, it appears as if God, in his cruel kindness, may well let us suffer the fates of our own choices. It is the only way the children will learn, I suppose. But it's gonna be a hard, hard lesson...

Yeah, Maybe He Shouldn't Have Returned That Bust Of Churchill After All...
Governments have long, long memories when it comes to those who done them wrong. And sometimes an act of nonviolent national humiliation can burn longer and hotter than a military defeat.
So it must have given the Brits great pleasure to kick a bowing and scraping Barack Obama in his teeth:
Britain has rebuffed US pleas to use military bases in the UK to support the build-up of forces in the Gulf, citing secret legal advice which states that any pre-emptive strike on Iran could be in breach of international law.
The US approaches are part of contingency planning over the nuclear standoff with Tehran, but British ministers have so far reacted coolly. They have pointed US officials to legal advice drafted by the attorney general's office which has been circulated to Downing Street, the Foreign Office and the Ministry of Defence.
This makes clear that Iran, which has consistently denied it has plans to develop a nuclear weapon, does not currently represent "a clear and present threat". Providing assistance to forces that could be involved in a pre-emptive strike would be a clear breach of international law, it states.
Apparently, British law now states we can only annihilate Iran after they finish their long-planned Holocaust, Part Deux. Gee, I am sure this will reassure Israel (not that they need any more empty Western promises, as they've recently proved). No surprise coming from a European nation, of course, but...who wants to bet that if George W. Bush made the request, it would have been granted?
Or perhaps the Brits would have OK'd the request coming from any American president who didn't seem to find pleasure in insulting their heritage and belittling our long-standing alliance.
Just a short list of recent events that the British are pissed about:
-Siding with Argentina over the Falkland Islands
-Calling France America’s strongest ally
-Lecturing Britain on a federal Europe and undercutting British sovereignty
-Placing a “boot on the throat” of BP (British Petroleum)
-DVDs for the Prime Minister ("...this insult...remains a powerful example of breathtaking diplomatic ineptitude that would have shamed the protocol office of an impoverished Third World country".)
And this excludes the aforementioned bust, which they are still fuming about...
Forget sahred military facilities - four more years of the Obama/Hillary brand of "smart diplomacy", and Air Force One won't be able to find a friendly nation to touch down in...

Israel Sends A Pointed Warning To Iran...And Obama
This hasn't gotten much press, as it appears to be a successful Israeli military incursion, but no doubt interest will pick up once the UN gets involved:
Yesterday, it was reported that a “huge fire” had broken out at a weapons factory in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan. The Sudanese government, after some consideration, claimed that it was a bombing by “four planes” coming in “from the east,” and blamed Israel.
....FP reports that the Sudanese government will lodge a formal complaint against Israel with the U.N. Security Council. This wouldn’t be the first time Israel’s performed such a strike: In 2010, Israel bombed a convoy of trucks with weapons likely being used to supply Hamas that was traveling through northeastern Sudan.
...the factory struck seems to have been an Iranian Revolutionary Guard facility
The Atlantic has more:
The defense ministers of Sudan and Iran signed a "military cooperation agreement" in 2008. Sudan has hosted Iranian Revolutionary Guard personnel, and allegedly served as a transit point for weapons bound for Hamas, in the Gaza Strip.
So no doubt this attack angers up the blood of the Iranian mullahs. They've lost a training facility of their own, and a deniable weapon-production plant used to arm allies who fight Iran's proxy war against Israel. So that's gotta sting. But there is even a larger message here, kind of an "oh...shit" moment for the mullahs, in which they realize they are nowhere near as safe from an Israeli attack as they believe:
Assuming it was also Israel's doing, the destruction of the weapons facility would represent another level of audacity. "I would say that if the Sudanese government's claims are correct, then this is longest strike -- the farthest strike -- ever executed by the Israeli air force," says Ehud Yaari, the Israel-based Lafer International Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. "We are talking about something that is 1,800 or 1,900 kilometers [from Israel], depending on the route. That's farther away than the range from Israel to the main Iranian nuclear installations in Natanz and Qom."
Khartoum isn't just further away and more densely populated than either of Israel's previous alleged targets inside the Sudan. It's probably better-protected as well. According to the 2012 edition of the International Institute for Strategic Studies' The Military Balance, the Sudanese air force still consists of 61 combat capable aircraft, as well as Russian-built Divina 2 anti-aircraft missiles.
Check out the "fireworks" at the 30 second mark...
So here's what the Iranian power structure is digesting today:
-Israel would have no problem getting it's jets to their primary nuclear facilities
-Iran's defensive systems, both mobile and stationary, would provide virtually no resistance to an Israeli assault
-The Israeli Air Force can conduct a surgical-strike mission while causing very little loss of civilian life, and minimal damage to civilian infrastructure
There's a fourth point, perhaps directed at Iran, or maybe at one Barack Hussein Obama:
-Israel can pull off a long-range strike against Iran without any permissions, or help, from the United States.
Looks like Iran has just found out their best friend is now as useless to them as he has been to us. And Obama has been put on notice, as well. He can get on board with the inevitable Israeli attack, or be perceived as standing on the sideline, unwilling to help an ally pull of one of the boldest(and necessary) military strikess in decades. Regardless, Obama will be forced to choose sides, and it will be a hard, hard thing for him....
Most likely, he hasn't even been paying attention. And President Mitt Romney will likely give the Israelis any aid and assistance they need.
But the truth is, it really doesn't even matter any more. Israel just sent a signal to the world they can act on their own, and will do so, to protect their existence Politicians, terrorists, and pundits ignore this message at their peril...

America Sees The "Obama Death Stare"
...OK, it is still preferable to the stoner cackle of Joe Biden, but many debate viewers found it bizarre and off-putting..
NRO has a video, where Obama's incessant blinking as he holds the stare incessantly makes him seem all that much creepier...
But while most of America hasn't seen the Obama Death Stare before, plenty of Barack's other adversaries have. Here he is giving it to Paul Ryan, as our future VP methodically takes apart Obaamcare:
He fixed that glare on Ryan for some six-plus minutes, and Ryan didn't flinch. That's why he was on the top of the short-list...
Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu is used to it already:
Even the media has seen it, on those rare occasions where they have actually dared questioned His Excellency on matters of State:
The fact is, the "death stare" is Obama's go-to face:
While we want our presidents to appear dignified, Obama's grim facade seems more like an attempt to intimidate than communicate. Unless, of course, intimidation is the message he wishes to communicate.
Of course, I might be simply mistaking anger for what is actually childish petulance, the screwed-tight face of a peevish youth, who was just told something he or she didn't want to hear. Normally the actions following "the face" will be denial, fruitless arguments, and finally, a tantrum.
Well, those are Obama's actions, anyway. A well-reared child will oft react better...

Yahoo! Works Feverishly To Reassure The Base
Over at The Corner, David French notes the Obama campaign's recent focus on abortion (of all crises, the most compelling, apparently), and makes two salient points:
If a Republican launched a similar base-focused blitz three weeks before the election, the MSM would see that as an unmistakable sign of trouble; and
...The MSM likely won’t report the signs of trouble because they are in part the base that’s being reassured.
If you doubt any of his conclusions, just turn to your local Yahoo! homepage (click to enlarge):
(The final two may seem innocuous, but the "Republican Governor's" story is a plea for tax hikes to accompany and spending cuts, while the last one simply reinforces the anti-Israel, anti-Semetic worldview of the Left.)
One is left to wonder, though....is Yahoo! re-assuring Obama's base, or are their news editors (like the infamous David Chalian) simply trying to reassure...themselves?

Obama's Impending Loss Brings Out His Inner Anti-Semite!
Maybe now that the inevitability of his defeat is beginning to dawn on him, Barack Obama has decided to drop the pretenses and return to his ideological roots, the ones steeped in resentment and hatred. How else can one explain this blatant pre-election slap in the face to Israel and to American Jews?
An outspoken critic of Israel who once said the Jewish state should be added to the list of 9/11 terror suspects was recently selected by the Obama administration to participate in an international forum on human rights -- sparking outcry from watchdog groups.
The participant, Muslim Public Affairs Council founder Salam al-Marayati, was tapped to be part of the U.S. delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe forum in Poland.
The State Department defended the selection....
Yeah, about as well as they defended Benghazi:
He was invited to participate in this year’s (event) as a reflection of the wide diversity of backgrounds of the American people.”
Well, I do suppose there are a fair amount of anti-Semites in America...nice of Obama to give one such a prominent role in policy-making. Here's al-Marayati speaking late in the day on September 11th, 2001:
If we’re going to look at suspects, we should look to the groups that benefit the most from these kinds of incidents, and I think we should put the state of Israel on the suspect list because I think this diverts attention from what’s happening in the Palestinian territories so that they can go on with their aggression and occupation and apartheid policies.”
And the ensuing decade has not dampened his hatred. Government appeasement of al-Marayati and his toxic views have not moderated him any, instead it has provided him with a venue to steep his hatred, and make it a stronger brew. As recently as this January, al-Marayati played the "U.S. government-as-Zionist-puppet"s canard:
“The United States has done a lot of dirty work that has served the interests of Israel," al-Marayati said in January. "It destroyed Iraq. It supported the destruction and crippling of Egypt. It has crippled the Gulf. And now, it is looking to Iran as the next target for crippling and destroying. Who is driving our foreign policy -‑ President Obama or Prime Minister Netanyahu?
Did Obama think this would slip under the radar? Maybe; the media has been covering his ass for so long now could be he just assumes they will continue to do so, like some pair of magic underwear. Or maybe he sees polls like these and just figures, "f*ck 'em":
Some outlets have been trumpeting the 10/11 data, but to me, the truth seems closer to 60/40 Obama, which will likely turn out to be 57%-43% in the voting booth. Quite the change from 78%-22% margin he enjoyed in 2008.
Which will likely cost Obama Florida. And maybe Ohio. And dare I say...even Pennsylvania?
Would a man like Barack Obama - whom some have called a "a wounded child with a fractured ego" - lash out against the people whom he may believe will cost him re-election? A people whom his former pastor inveighed against, a people whom he has viewed as oppressors, a people whose homeland has chosen a leader (Bibi) who has thwarted his ambitions at every turn?
The appointment of anti-Semite like Salam al-Marayati is the least Obama could do, should he decide to take the ideological road trodden by so many of his liberal fellows, and blame the Jews for his woes.
In fact, the Jews look to be in pretty deep sh*t no matter how this ends: Turn against Obama, and feel his wrath for the remainder of his term. Support him, and watch him twiddle his thumbs and smirk while Iran places nuclear warheads on intercontinental ballistic missiles and points them at Israel.
Wonder what the "78 from 2008" are feeling right now...?

And the next Saudi to be beheaded is....
...Mr. Abdulateef al-Mulhim (if that is his real name). Writing for the English-language Arab News, his article is entitled Arab Spring and the Israeli enemy. Fairly typical stuff, it would seem, until you actually...read it:
On the anniversary of the 1973 War between the Arab and the Israelis, many people in the Arab world are beginning to ask many questions about the past, present and the future with regard to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
The questions now are: What was the real cost of these wars to the Arab world and its people. And the harder question that no Arab national wants to ask is: What was the real cost for not recognizing Israel in 1948 and why didn’t the Arab states spend their assets on education, health care and the infrastructures instead of wars? But, the hardest question that no Arab national wants to hear is whether Israel is the real enemy of the Arab world and the Arab people....
The Arab world wasted hundreds of billions of dollars and lost tens of thousands of innocent lives fighting Israel, which they considered is their sworn enemy, an enemy whose existence they never recognized. The Arab world has many enemies and Israel should have been at the bottom of the list. The real enemies of the Arab world are corruption, lack of good education, lack of good health care, lack of freedom, lack of respect for the human lives and finally, the Arab world had many dictators who used the Arab-Israeli conflict to suppress their own people...
Israel now has the most advanced research facilities, top universities and advanced infrastructure. Many Arabs don’t know that the life expectancy of the Palestinians living in Israel is far longer than many Arab states and they enjoy far better political and social freedom than many of their Arab brothers. Even the Palestinians living under Israeli occupation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip enjoy more political and social rights than some places in the Arab World. Wasn’t one of the judges who sent a former Israeli president to jail an Israeli-Palestinian?
The Arab Spring showed the world that the Palestinians are happier and in better situation than their Arab brothers who fought to liberate them from the Israelis. Now, it is time to stop the hatred and wars and start to create better living conditions for the future Arab generations.
Brave stuff. Most of it would seem almost self-evident to the average American, but I think this piece might come as a shock to much of our political class, who has bought into the Arab tales of woe for almost half a century. One might even imagine Barack Hussein Obama arguing for the opposite side of this debate, and instructing Mr. al-Mulhim on how the very Israeli superiority the Arabs envy is actually something they should in fact despise, and even destroy, in order to build their own self-worth, which is more valuable than any free election...
But Abdulateef knows better than that. the only question is how much longer will he be allowed to say it? And will we ever has a president with the guts to echo the same sentiment, the same obvious truth, which would finally shift the battleground away from Israel and onto the Arab nations themselves?
Would be a game changer. Too bad I don't see it happening...
