Lets see how well the welfare cases down in Philly - a city chasing Chicago to the bottom - do once the local economy is crushed by regulations on coal, fracking, and every other economic driver the state survives on. They are running out of sucker to appropriate...
And as far as future elections go - Republicans should spend about as much money in Pennsylvania as they do in New York....
