Sunday Morning Breakfast....

...is best served lollipop-style, here, in what is honestly advertised as "The least kosher lollipop in the history of candy". Yup, it is what the world has long cried out for; an honest-to-goodness Maple-Bacon pop.

Paging Homer Simpson - your prayers have been answered:

The salty chunks of bacon make a delicious and unique counterpoint to the subtle sweetness of the maple, and oh, yeah- you'll be eating an oh-my-god bacon lollipop!

And not just any bacon, either- we use sustainable, organic, cured bacon- we kinda felt that it went well with the organic Vermont maple syrup we were using as a base....

If you feel like you're hallucinating, maybe it's because you've sucked on one of their Absinthe Lollipops first. Legit and authentic, claims the site, containing "an amount of thujone that is within the legal limits set by the US regulatory authorities and of the European Union."

Only in San Francisco? Maybe, but for sure, only in America....

And a hat tip to Dowd's Spirit Notebook, the best distilled spirits site on the whole g-ddamn web...
