Biden was correct in his assessment of Vietnam, and he was correct in his assessment in Afghanistan. The manner of both withdrawals was very poorly handled, but that did not refute the basic assessment as being the proper course for America.
Why do people act like Biden was responsible for the Afghan withdrawal?
