The damage was discovered about 12:30 a.m., city police said.
The brick put a hole in the outer-most window at the office at 1910 Pine Ave., but did not damage a second interior window, police reported. A piece of broken brick believed to have caused the damage was found at the scene.
So maybe it was someone from the more depressed Buffalo area, where a factory closes every five minutes, or from Rochester, which has been in the doldrums for what seems like a decade, who chucked that brick. An unemployed factory worker, who did not want to have to pay for the next fella's health care? A retiree on pension, who does not want to see Medicaid cut? Or just an average Joe (or Joesette?) who was tired of not having their voice heard in Washington; someone whose voice is shouted out by the money waved around from the more upscale, and liberal Fairport region?
Well, I understand the anger, but let's throw the bums out, not throw the bricks in. After all, you might hurt someone - and then you have to pay for their health care...
