Report: Too Many White Men Leading Military

There are only two types of people left where it is not only permissible, but de rigour - especially in liberal circles - to mock: Jews, and white males. And since the president has the Jew thing pretty much well handled, it's time for everyone else to work together to destroy the folks who built Western Civilization: the White Male.
And thus, this headline is not too surprising:

Report says too many whites, men leading military

The report ordered by Congress in 2009 calls for greater diversity in the military leadership so it will better reflect the racial, ethnic and gender mix in the armed forces and in American society.

Efforts over the years to develop a more equal opportunity military have increased the number of women and racial and ethnic minorities in the ranks of leadership. But, the report said, "despite undeniable successes ... the armed forces have not yet succeeded in developing a continuing stream of leaders who are as diverse as the nation they serve."

Having military brass that better mirrors the nation can inspire future recruits and help create trust among the general population, the commission said.

It's a load of liberal claptrap, with a mix of the ideology's typical disdain for the military mixed in. But it is the last line that is most poisonous, it suggests to future recruits that they should not expect to be inspired by their commander unless he has a similar skin tone. Does this panel actually believe that a young soldier would rather serve under an ill-equipped commander, laboring under the whispered label of "affirmative action", and made perhaps insecure by such, as opposed to learning under a well-respected veteran CO, simply because of their skin color?

This policy, incidentally, delivered 13 soldier's lives into the hands of the notorious Major "Allah Akbar!" Hasan at Fort Hood....

Just more liberal tribalism. Divide and conquer. Should this report be taken and implemented, we'll wind up looking more like a Middle Eastern nation, with varying factions of the military at each other's throats based on race, religion, and creed....
