Barack Obama: "I'm Dr. King, Dammit!"

The narcissist-in-chief has gone to Oslo, insulted the natives, and gazed in the reflecting pool, and has seen...more of his own greatness:

Referring to the photographs of previous winners on the wall behind him, the president said, "when you look at the wall -- Michelle and I were commenting on the fact that when Dr. King won his price it had a galvanizing effect around the world, but also lifted his stature in the United States in a way that allowed him to be more effective..."

A modern-day Martin Luther King, our president is. His heart searing to do economic justice by destroying his own nation's wealth, to engender world peace by disarming his citizens, and to combat mother nature by sending the world back to a medieval economy.

Perhaps he believes the Nobel Peace Prize will give him added heft back home. Hmmm....when 80% of the population feels you did not deserve the damn thing, how do you figure that waving it in America's face will raise your stature?

Perhaps a quote by Dr. King is appropriate here:

Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity
~ Martin Luther King Jr., Strength to Love, 1963
