Well, at least the AP calls it "President Barack Obama's economic recovery plan". Let's see them try to back away from that assertion when it lands in the trash heap of history's Epic Fails...
Can you even imagine? I get ticked off when I can't find the $40 I thought I had in my wallet, let alone the $40 billion that just disappeared in to thin air.
